Job Summary:
The professional will coordinate the team and operational activities to ensure production in accordance with food safety and quality standards, managing the menu and final product presentation.

**Main Responsibilities:**
Coordinate the team and all operational activities to ensure the entire production process complies with food safety regulations. Ensure implementation of technical Quality standards. Guarantee appropriate menu production. Be responsible for tasting and final product presentation. Participate in menu development. Test new products.
Improve recipes. Maintain direct contact with customers. Participate in cost analysis. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for operational staff. Coordinate and assign team tasks. Participate in the evaluation process for receipt of goods, when applicable. Assist in human resources management, aiming to achieve defined targets regarding overtime/absenteeism/productivity and turnover. Perform related tasks. Be responsible for one’s own health and safety, as well as applying the norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef or in a leadership position within the gastronomy field;
* Knowledge of team management;
* Proficiency in food safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations;
* Planning, development, and standardization of menus;
* Operational kitchen management;
* Waste control and resource optimization;
* Supervision of production and dish finishing;
* Team training and development.
