Opportunity: Building Maintenance Technician 1252 \- Antônio Carlos/SC We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician. Mission: Perform general maintenance—including civil, hydraulic, painting, and electrical maintenance (basic maintenance and inspections)—on de-energized low-voltage equipment. * Assemble scaffolds by assembling and securing wooden or metal components to enable safe execution of work; * Perform minor masonry work on walls, floors, and roofs in internal and external structures; * Install and repair water, sewage, sink, basin, toilet, valve, faucet, water tank, and other piping systems; * Fabricate building components or parts, door and window frames, casements, and other joinery; perform other related tasks; * Assemble and repair wooden parts using hand tools; * Perform general painting services; * Install electrical conduits and assemble/disassemble cable trays; * Replace lamps, ballasts, and other components in low-voltage lighting systems, provided that electrical equipment complies with official technical standards; * Perform cutting operations on metal sheets and pipes; * Accurately complete work orders and reports for preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed. * Maintain the workplace clean and organized Multinational beverage company. Requirements: Knowledge of relevant tasks; Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. Certifications from maintenance-related courses are a plus. Compensation: Salary R$ 2\.750,00 \+ R$ 650,00 Market Voucher \+ On-site meal \+ Transportation Allowance (T.A.) or Fuel Assistance \+ Life Insurance.
