We are seeking a Civil Attorney with experience in Consumer Law, preferably in the tourism sector, to handle mass litigation matters. The professional will be responsible for drafting defenses—with or without hearings—analyzing supporting documents, managing food allowances, updating and maintaining internal systems, and conducting strategic procedural monitoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drafting defense pleadings in consumer-related cases (with or without hearings); * Critical analysis of supporting documents and evidence; * Updating and configuring internal systems; * Monitoring deadlines and case progress; * Liaising with internal teams and clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in civil litigation, with focus on Consumer Law; * Experience in tourism-sector litigation will be considered an advantage; * Strong legal writing and organizational skills; * Familiarity with electronic judicial systems. **Additional Information** Experience in mass litigation; Analytical profile and strong capacity for managing high-volume workloads.
