Responsibilities and Duties * Check and record invoices, verifying purchase order information and performing corresponding entries in the designated system according to accounting and tax regulations. * Assist in invoice reconciliation by comparing entries from fiscal ledgers—extracted from the integrated system—with information on supporting documents. * Assist in the monthly calculation of indirect taxes and issue payment slips for the respective calculated taxes. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields. * Experience with recording invoices for raw materials and services, and analyzing tax entries. * Proficiency in Excel.
