Assistant Manager \- Fast Food * Plan and execute store operations, determining operator placement at workstations during shifts; * Ensure smooth store operations regarding customer service, product preparation, equipment usage and compliance with safety standards; * Assist in pizza production; * Control cost of goods sold; * Manage timekeeping and performance indicators; * Complete check\-lists to maintain store standards; * Perform cash register and store closing procedures. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience as an Assistant Manager. * Availability to work from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM – Schedule 6 x 1\. * Must reside in Campinas.
