Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing, verifying, and controlling inventory, order picking, and product dispatch processes, ensuring quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and product dispatch management 2. Quality control and compliance 3. Interface with teams and systems (SAP) * Perform order picking and verification for sales orders prior to billing, communicating orders to the responsible team to ensure correct product dispatch. * Verify truck loading against delivery notes and sales orders, ensuring each truck carries the correct cargo. * Organize and manage inventory according to the FIFO method, preventing product expiration. * Handle material returns, interfacing with Quality Assurance and completing required documentation. * Support generation of departmental reports by extracting data from SAP to develop performance indicators. * Assist in warehouse organization, ensuring proper identification and placement of finished products. * Conduct periodic and annual physical inventories, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. * Generate delivery notes in SAP for cargo verification, carrier details, shipment volumes, and invoices. * Comply with quality programs, ensuring food safety and quality.
