




Job Summary: The Administrative Procurement Assistant will support quotation requests, supplier negotiations, delivery tracking, and process organization, while keeping the supplier database up to date. Development of skills in organization and communication ***Opportunity as Administrative Assistant \- Procurement Department*** **Responsibilities:** * Assist with purchase orders throughout the quotation process and upon finalization to prevent potential requester errors. * Conduct market price research for products/services to be acquired. (Quotations and negotiations with suppliers) * Assist in negotiating with suppliers, whenever possible, delivery dates and payment terms. * Track purchase delivery dates and deliver products to requesters. * Maintain, qualify, and monitor the supplier registration database. * Stock the office supplies. * Issue maintenance tickets (preventive, technical, and corrective). * Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain office organization. * Organize and archive physical procurement processes. * Update the Control Spreadsheet (requisitions, purchase orders, supplier registration, inventory, and maintenance). * Supplier research (new suppliers, registration, best conditions, etc.) **Competencies:** Communicative and proactive \- Administrative knowledge and familiarity with internet, Word, and Excel. \- Responsible, committed, disciplined, organized, team-oriented, and discreet. **Compensation & Benefits:** * CLT \| Junior Administrative Assistant * VT: To cover your commuting expenses * Caju Card (Meal Allowance) at a daily value of R$ 35.00 * Porto Seguro Dental Plan: Smile with confidence!
