Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for?** A results-oriented professional with prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams, an innovative and analytical profile, and the ability to manage conflicts. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Account management and monitoring to support the physical\-financial development of the account; * Establishing relationships with key contacts at external clients; * Actively participating in evaluating account accounting, budgeting, and performance results; * Demonstrating expertise and acting in identifying technical profiles for digital development, SAP, Infrastructure (communications, networks, and data), data science, artificial intelligence, project management, and systems architecture; * Monitoring employee performance, mentoring and training coordinators to ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of operational workflows; * Conducting team follow-up visits to guarantee service quality and compliance with SLAs; * Developing and monitoring KPIs, as well as implementing action plans, negotiating deadlines and deliverables; * Managing relationships with the client portfolio; * Opening positions, conducting interviews, managing attendance records, and billing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields; * Prior experience managing technology teams; * Experience in project management; * Basic knowledge of information security, networks, and Cloud. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Knowledge of Operating Systems and Microsoft Power BI. **Working Hours** * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid \- Berrini and Paulista) **NOTE:** Hey!
