We believe in employee development and in building a professional, collaborative environment offering growth opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate twisting machines, guillotine cutters, and handle-making machines according to instructions, performing cuts and simple machine adjustments; Perform basic configuration changes and adjustments (e.g., blades and alignment) in accordance with parameters defined by supervision; Inspect processed packaging, verifying cuts and twists, and ensure compliance with established minimum quality standards; Report any product defects or irregularities to technical supervisors or more experienced operators; Assist in cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines, such as lubrication and replacement of simple parts (blades and rollers); Follow guidelines to maintain machines in good working condition and prevent operational failures; Strictly comply with safety regulations, using appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean and organized workplace; Adhere to safety rules and procedures to avoid accident risks; Assist in replenishing materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted machine operation; Help organize and package finished parts for the final production stage; Comply with occupational safety regulations, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to control production. **Requirements and Qualifications** Problem-solving skills; 5S methodology Experience in manufacturing or the graphic industry.
