So, are you ready to create responsible fashion with us? \#WhatExcitesYouExcitesUs Responsibilities and assignments Greet customers, especially at the store entrance, always with a smile; Operate the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system; Conduct checklists to identify and resolve irregularities related to fire-fighting equipment, loss prevention equipment, and physical infrastructure maintenance, ensuring the safety of customers, visitors, and employees; Ensure security procedures for employee and third-party team entry and exit; Report all cases of discrimination, prejudice, harassment, and physical or verbal aggression witnessed or brought to attention; Foster a positive work environment by promoting harmonious and respectful relationships with all employees and customers; Prevent product breakage and theft through preventive measures established in internal policies and manuals; Prevent accidents and incidents in the store environment through measures established in internal policies and manuals; Provide necessary assistance in case of accidents. Requirements And Qualifications Completed high school education or incomplete higher education; Strong communication skills; Affinity with the retail store environment; Interest in organizational activities and maintaining general well-being of environments and people; Demonstrated empathy; Interpersonal confidence, with ability to communicate clearly and assertively; Receptive and flexible personal presentation; Proficiency with digital tools.
