YOUSA is looking for a Social Media professional to join our marketing team and help strengthen our digital presence in both the United States and Brazil. **About YOUSA:** We are an immigration law firm specializing in U.S. immigration. Our mission is to transform the lives of Brazilians by providing comprehensive legal support and personalized solutions for those wishing to live, work, or start a business in the United States. **Responsibilities:** Plan, create, and schedule strategic content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok; Engage with the community and respond to messages, comments, and direct messages with empathy and agility; Support the content and traffic team in developing campaigns and product launches; Monitor trends, memes, and relevant topics to drive engagement and audience connection; Develop scripts for Reels, videos, and Live sessions based on business objectives; Track performance metrics and generate reports with insights for optimization; **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language; Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube); Proactivity, creativity, and aesthetic sense; Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience managing personal or institutional brands; Basic video editing and design skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.); Familiarity with tools such as RD Station Marketing, Pipedrive, or other CRM platforms; Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Format:** On-site in Florianópolis at Primavera HUB Why Join YOUSA?
