




Job Summary: The Social Educator promotes citizenship and social inclusion through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, strengthening skills and knowledge to overcome challenges and build life projects. The Legion of Good Will – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration of groups facing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen skills and awareness of individuals’ fundamental rights and guarantees, thereby enabling them to overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects, contributing to a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socioeducational activities through dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, artistic–cultural experiences, and leisure activities, in order to strengthen bonds among users, their families, and unit professionals; * Pursue continuous professional development to acquire general knowledge, thematic understanding, and competencies related to contemporary society and citizenship, with the aim of proposing service axes and objectives; * Assist service beneficiaries in the dining room and foster autonomy through practical support and self-confidence skills; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Higher education in related fields preferred)** * Experience in the Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV) is preferred; * Availability of schedule; **Additional Information** * Workload: **200 hours/month** * Schedule: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided on-site; * Health insurance – after probation period; * Dental insurance – after probation period; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities – **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building program.
