Job Summary: The Social Educator at LBV promotes citizenship and inclusion by conducting socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities to strengthen the skills and rights of vulnerable groups. Strengthen bonds among users, family members, and professionals The Legion of Good Will – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, community development and integration of groups facing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen individual skills and awareness of fundamental rights and guarantees, thereby helping overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects, in pursuit of a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socioeducational activities through dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, and artistic–cultural and leisure activities, to strengthen bonds among users, family members, and unit staff; * Pursue continuous professional development to broaden general knowledge, thematic understanding, and responsibilities related to contemporary society and citizenship, with the aim of proposing service axes and objectives; * Assist service beneficiaries in the cafeteria and foster autonomy through practical support and self-confidence building; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)** * Prior experience in the “Coexistence and Bond Strengthening Service” (SCFV) is desirable; * Availability to work during required hours; **Additional Information** * Workload: **200 hours/month** * Schedule: **7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance – after confirmation; * Dental insurance – after confirmation; * SESC membership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities – **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building programs.
