As a Senior Process Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements and mapping processes across academic units, as well as performing critical analysis of demands within the context of system capabilities and impacted areas. You will also be responsible for describing requirements in technical language for development teams, considering and defining prioritization criteria, thereby establishing an interface between related areas. Additionally, you will support the development of other team members through activity monitoring, guidance, and knowledge and experience sharing.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Act as a Process Analyst to gather business requirements and map customer processes, analyzing requirements within the context of system capabilities and communicating them to development teams using technical language;
* Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities;
* Play a key role as the liaison between academic units and the system development team to ensure all impacted areas understand requirements and system changes;
* Participate in delivery planning meetings alongside Product Owners (POs) and product leaders;
* Support the technology team with questions regarding products and/or analyses conducted;
* Map and establish processes to organize and ensure traceability, delivery, and quality of services provided;
* Collaborate with testing and development teams in verifying and validating requirements;
* Conduct and lead critical analysis of complex processes and services, aiming to diagnose root causes and develop action plans for process improvement;
* Support the development of team members;
* Work on the institution’s strategic projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Strong analytical ability, transforming needs into product requirements;
* Ability to collaborate effectively with academic units and the technology team;
* Experience in Process Modeling;
* Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
**What would be nice to know:**
* Professional experience in the academic field;
* Experience with Agile methodology and Design Thinking concepts;
* Experience in Software Development;
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma;
* Knowledge of Green Belt / Black Belt;
* Familiarity with Bizagi Modeler;
* Knowledge of Process Automation using Pipefy;

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is built based on multiple factors. If the value has already been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM;
