* Perform all controllership activities, handle client requests for recurring low-complexity tasks, and interact with business units at Atmis Gestão and its clients. Support accounting in daily operations and monthly closing; review accounting work, demonstrating intermediate-level knowledge of current legislation and controllership-related topics. Take responsibility for high-complexity controllership tasks, supporting coordination in interactions with business units at Atmis Gestão and its clients. Demonstrate mastery of accounting topics and activities.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct short-to-long-term financial projections and scenario analyses and simulations;
* Participate in the development and review of the annual budget, addressing requests from business unit managers of low-to-intermediate complexity;
* Consolidate the annual budget across all departments;
* Prepare variance reports (actual vs. budget) for business unit managers and support budget management processes under supervision;
* Prepare monthly financial closing reports and structured presentations for Atmis Gestão’s Executive Board under supervision;
* Conduct performance indicator analysis;
* Prepare audit reports, reconciliations, projections, and scenario simulations;
* Perform accounting-related tasks such as: document registration, recording of fiscal books, expense classification;
* Manage and execute accounting-related tasks such as: document registration, recording of fiscal books, classification of expenses and revenues, account analysis and reconciliation, as well as assisting in the preparation of trial balances and other financial statements;
* Comply with LGPD, Compliance, Information Security, Muaveti, and all corporate and departmental policies, processes, and procedures applicable to the role.
* Monitor and provide visibility into the progress of deliverables under your responsibility;
* Track key performance indicators;
* Participate in and support audits;
* Guide colleagues on area-related policies;
* Identify process and service improvement opportunities based on satisfaction survey results, developing actions aligned with business unit process needs;
* Evaluate CAPEX projects and asset closures / depreciation;
* Fulfill service requests from business units according to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) quality standards and deadlines, demonstrating knowledge of each unit’s characteristics and specificities;
* Prepare monthly financial closing reports and structured presentations for Atmis Gestão’s Executive Board under supervision;
* Support the preparation of managerial reports tracking indicators and activities performed by the area, quantifying efforts and documenting occurrences to assist managers in decision-making;
* Seek innovations and improvements in processes and management practices within your area of responsibility;
* Facilitate the development and review of the annual budget by directly interacting with and negotiating with business unit managers;
* Consolidate the annual budget across all departments while maintaining control over changes and ensuring data reliability;
* Develop financial models to support long-term strategic planning and short-term planning (budgeting);
* Conduct structured cost analyses and pricing analyses for products and services;
* Proficiency in calculating EBITDA, EBT, ROI, EVA, CGL (Net Working Capital), PMCR (Average Collection Period), PMCP (Average Payment Period), “Turnover” and “Coverage” concepts, Financial and Operational Leverage, among others;
* Conduct critical analyses and define action plans to propose operational, technical, or economic-financial improvements in services related to your functional processes;
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
**Desired Knowledge:**
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
* General accounting knowledge;
* ERP system knowledge;
