Job Summary: Administrative and financial expense analyst responsible for identifying and monitoring costs, budgets, and contingencies, ensuring relationship management with cooperative power plants and internal stakeholders. Strong communication with internal stakeholders and power plants Analyze, monitor, and identify administrative and financial expenses—both actual and projected (budget)—incurred by the Cooperative and impacting cooperative power plants, using the Cooperative’s systems, controls, spreadsheets, and regulations, with the objective of maintaining relationships among power plants (cooperative and former cooperative), the Cooperative, and internal stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate, verify, identify, and analyze expenses incurred by the Cooperative and their respective impacts, complying with Cooperative regulations and utilizing integrated systems (SAP) and spreadsheets with specific controls to properly allocate expenses to cooperatives. * Identify tax contingencies, analyzing related legal and statutory accounting processes and corresponding amounts together with the Legal and Statutory Accounting departments, including analysis of triggering events to assess potential charges against litigation-related expenses. * Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecast analyses, collaborating with business areas to support power plants and company performance. Support BU controllers in actual/replanning activities for the harvest season, validate assumptions, and analyze and explain actual results versus budget. * Ensure accuracy of accounting closing information bases. * Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders, cooperative power plants, and former cooperative power plants. * Lead and support periodic audit processes, including documentation and expense identification. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of legal processes and related terminology * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); VBA knowledge is considered a plus * SAP knowledge We are an ecosystem powered by the collective strength of unique talents.
