Contract negotiation and governance **Responsibilities:** * Conduct economic and financial analyses of contracts, evaluating profitability, margins, risks, and impacts on business results; * Lead the identification and implementation of actions to mitigate and eliminate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with applicable clauses and regulations; * Monitor and analyze adherence to contractual SLAs, taking preventive and corrective actions to ensure agreed-upon performance; * Control and validate contractual adjustments, assessing indices, financial impacts, and implications for economic planning; * Lead negotiations for contract renewals, seeking a balance among financial sustainability, risk mitigation, and relationships with clients and partners; * Ensure governance and control of contract amendments, guaranteeing legal, financial, and operational compliance; * Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to maximize the economic and operational performance of contracts; * Serve as the technical reference for the area, supporting team development and promoting continuous improvement of processes and services. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
