Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with an analytical mindset and strategic vision to support the management of compensation programs and personnel budgeting, ensuring competitiveness. We operate under B2B and B2B2C models, and our primary investors are the Carlyle/SPX Capital and Swiss Re funds. **Ready for a challenge that truly makes a difference?** We are looking for a **Senior Compensation Analyst** with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision to support the management of our compensation programs and personnel budgeting, ensuring internal and external competitiveness across all business units. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing and managing the annual personnel budget package, producing reports and simulations; * Calculating short-term incentives, ensuring accurate calculation bases; * Updating the salary structure based on market research; * Producing and presenting executive materials and compensation indicator analyses; * Ensuring implementation of Compensation policies, advising leaders; * Participating in surveys, benchmarks, and events to monitor competitiveness; * Leading area-specific projects from analysis through delivery; * Providing technical guidance to the area team, offering support and direction for executing tasks (where applicable).
