Support the technical evaluation of projects (design) regarding technical, operational, contractual, economic, feasibility, sustainability, and business aspects, as well as provide technical oversight of third-party companies responsible for developing projects (design), through continuous management, encouragement of alternative studies, and critical analysis of proposed solutions—ensuring projects comply with agreed-upon premises, applicable standards, and current manuals. Support the provision of project (design) technical information for accredited inspection processes, environmental assessments, expropriation, right-of-way acquisition, construction contracting, approval by the granting authority, ATO (Technical Construction Monitoring), insurance, interference removal, and legal actions—assisting in keeping project versions updated and available in communication systems to ensure efficiency in technical/operational/construction-related processes of the projects. Support meeting expectations and agreed-upon needs with concessionaires and the cross-functional team by assisting in fulfilling or renegotiating premises (impacting business) defined by project (design) governance and proactively communicating to escalate required support from internal/external consultants, Projects and Integration specialists. Support stakeholder management through interface with the cross-functional team, concessionaires, partner companies, municipalities, the granting authority, and other involved parties—assisting in conducting meetings, field visits, schedule monitoring, and necessary due diligence to enable project approvals by competent authorities. Assist in operationalizing project (design) procurements/tenders/amendments by recording data in internal systems—including requisitions, forms, and other documents—and supporting the preparation of Information Requirements (Terms of Reference), reference budgets for projects, and technical proposal/BEP analyses—considering required timelines for the process and adherence to the agreed-upon schedule with the cross-functional team. Help deliver a project—or part/aspect of a project (design)—through historical records, status reports, operationalization of workflows in formal systems (Flexchain, SAP, DocuSign, Copastur, PDA, Meritum), and support in preparing materials to assist internal governance (FEL and internal portal presentations), participation in status/N meetings, etc. Support the management of project (design) contracts and accredited inspection contracts for projects (design), ensuring the project remains within agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality—and aligns with Motiva’s principles—through monitoring and recording data in internal systems (measurement reports, amendments, supplier evaluations, trend analysis, and contract closures) and applying project management best-practice-based control and monitoring metrics to ensure reliability and accuracy of tracked timelines. \#LI\-TS1 **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Residence in Jundiaí/SP or surrounding region. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, enabling thousands of people daily to move efficiently through comprehensive, socially impactful mobility solutions.
