Job Summary: Support the regulatory management of a concessionaire by consolidating information and preparing analyses and reports to ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Support regulatory management and monitor obligations and deadlines. 2. Consolidate technical information and prepare regulatory reports. 3. Contribute to improving controls and traceability. Support the concessionaire's regulatory management by monitoring obligations, deadlines, and requirements with competent authorities. Responsible for consolidating information, preparing analyses and reports, tracking indicators, and organizing area controls and documents—contributing to compliance, traceability, and efficiency of regulatory processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the concessionaire's regulatory processes by monitoring obligations, deadlines, requests, and reporting to the regulatory agency and granting authority. * Consolidate technical, operational, commercial, and economic\-financial information to meet regulatory requirements. * Analyze regulations, resolutions, contracts, and regulatory instruments, supporting internal interpretation and application. * Prepare reports, technical notes, control spreadsheets, and presentations on regulatory and contractual topics. * Monitor regulatory indicators, periodic obligations, and the area's delivery schedule. * Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Controlling, and Institutional departments to align information. * Organize document archives, evidence, administrative proceedings, and supporting materials for interactions with institutional stakeholders. * Contribute to improving controls and traceability of the company's regulatory matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in regulation, concessions, contracts, infrastructure, or regulatory support is a plus. * Analytical ability to interpret regulations, contracts, and indicators. * Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and documentation quality. * Effective written and verbal communication. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Critical, structured, and compliance-oriented profile. • Prior experience in sanitation, utilities, regulatory agencies, or specialized consulting is desirable. • Willingness to work on-site in Petrolina/PE. • Driver's license Category B is desirable. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
