It is essential to thrive in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands, proposing solutions aligned with internal needs while meeting expectations regarding cost, quality, and deadlines. Activities in this area include procurement of software and systems across all company departments; supporting marketing initiatives involving promotional items; assisting in the production of printed materials for students and non-students; and supporting the execution of internal and external events. **Your key responsibilities will include** --------------------------------------------- * Lead the Procurement, Internal Logistics, and Facilities teams, ensuring alignment with team members and external stakeholders; * Ensure compliance of expense reports and documentation required by the Controllership team; * Maintain constant alignment with key Marketing leaders to execute projects; * Propose solutions that ensure quality and good value for money for Medway on matters impacting students; * Monitor departmental efficiency metrics (SLA, Savings, Number of Requests), ensuring visibility for executive leadership and the board; * Support the team in defining scopes for internal events (team building, offsites, alignment meetings) and ensure execution meets expectations; * Foster integration with departments such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People, ensuring process alignment; * Contribute to savings and sourcing strategies, promoting continuous improvements in contracts and procurement; * Organize and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and trends. **We’re looking for someone who has:** --------------------- * A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in Procurement—especially within rapidly growing contexts (startups and scale-ups)—with a focus on building processes, optimizing outcomes, and supporting operational scalability; * Experience in Logistics and Facilities management; * Familiarity with market-standard procurement tools and practices; * Ability to manage multiple demands and respective stakeholders while maintaining alignment in a dynamic environment; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence capabilities; * Ability to collect, organize, and analyze procurement data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. ### **These differentiators make you an ideal candidate:** * Knowledge of graphic production and promotional items; * Certifications in Process Management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma); * Experience in SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) or supplier qualification and performance evaluation processes; * Experience in complex negotiations, high-value contracts, or strategic projects; * Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio); * Proficiency in the Omie ERP system. **WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?** ------------------------------ At Medway, you’ll join a team passionate about innovation.
