We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we seek to learn from different ways of thinking, acting, and being. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure procurement of direct inputs (food and beverages) and indirect inputs (utensils, uniforms, maintenance) * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels of inputs to prevent stockouts and overstocking; * Monitor and control price increases, ensuring competitiveness; * Develop suppliers across the ABC curve; * Approve suppliers according to our sustainability policy; * Manage procurement processes within the ERP system, ensuring correct execution and recording of transactions; * Conduct follow\-up on purchase orders, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines; * Monitor and evaluate quality of delivered products, documenting and managing nonconformance incidents; * Prepare and monitor monthly procurement budget and procurement inflation; * Generate procurement and supplier performance reports, identifying improvement opportunities; * Monitor and comply with the restaurant’s sustainable procurement policies, ensuring suppliers adhere to the code of conduct; * Availability to participate in night-time inventories as required; * Contact suppliers, assess prices, negotiate payment terms and delivery schedules, and prepare comparative pricing charts for senior management review and decision-making; * Issue purchase orders via the internal system and monitor their progress until material delivery; * Receive supplier visits for new product presentations and applications, develop new supply sources for the company, evaluate product similarity, explore new purchasing options, etc., aiming to reduce costs or improve product quality; * May occasionally visit suppliers to observe production and supply conditions of materials acquired to meet the company’s quality specifications.
