Job Summary: The Psychologist will accompany support groups, provide services, guidance, and referrals, ensuring the quality of socio-assistance work and users' access to and guarantee of rights. Promote access to and guarantee of rights, and develop socioeducational workshops. The Legion of Good Will (LBV) is hiring a **Psychologist**: The **Psychologist** is responsible for accompanying support groups within the Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds, as well as providing services, guidance, referrals, and follow-up to users, prioritizing the quality of socio-assistance work carried out, in accordance with the National Social Assistance Policy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure users and their families have access to a welcoming environment and active listening through individual and family services, qualified listening, and home visits, enabling identification of needs, formulation of strategies, and interventions; * Promote users’ and their families’ access to and guarantee of rights through coordination and referrals to the service network; * Facilitate users’ social coexistence by conducting socioeducational workshops aligned with users’ needs and demands; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology** and **registration with the Regional Psychology Council**. * Prior experience in the Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV) is desirable; * Availability to work during scheduled hours; **Additional Information** * Workload: **30 hours per week** * Schedule: **8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (Monday to Friday)** * Remuneration: **R$4\.248,45** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance \- effective after probationary period; * Dental insurance \- effective after probationary period; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities \- **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building programs.
