Working in paint processes, you will develop and/or correct colors to achieve maximum color fidelity against the standard color and tolerances; perform weighing, mixing, and release of paints according to technical quality standards; conduct QC tests for product release. You will monitor equipment operation and, if necessary, adjust hue according to client requirements, and reuse obsolete paints. You will manage inventory (consumption, expiry dates, FIFO, 5S, and housekeeping) and input data into systems and control spreadsheets. * Prior experience in paint development, preparation, and release is desirable; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Excel and PowerPoint, for report development; Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. High school diploma required. Temporary position due to increased demand; contract duration may be up to 9 months.
