If you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in complex financial-sector environments, and the ability to build governance and strategy from scratch, this position could be your next major career step. **Work Location:** Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 4100, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo-SP **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Serve as the guardian of the area’s strategy, finalizing and cascading the Business Plan; * Ensure strategic prioritization across a portfolio of significant value (e.g., mobility, sugarcane suppliers, lubricants, etc.); * Structure and chair credit, finance, and technology committees, implementing robust governance; * Build (or realign) the dedicated support network for the financial services model, ensuring teams understand banking logic; * Organize and strengthen interfaces with Legal, People, Controller, Finance, Technology, and other corporate functions; * Coordinate negotiations with banks and external stakeholders; * Align strategic pillars with technical analyses from Credit, Commercial, and Technology areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, business planning, business valuation, and strategic analysis; * Strategic vision, delivery capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset; * Solid knowledge of governance, policies, decision-making processes, and risk management; * Experience in financial services, banking products, credit, compliance, and regulation; * Ability to design frameworks and management rituals for emerging teams; * Experience in credit analysis, limits, financial exposures, and pricing; * Fluency in financial metrics / credit analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial exposures, pricing, and portfolio modeling. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you progress): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview—a conversational meeting to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
