This includes performance analysis, shipment scheduling, inventory and transport management, anticipation of bottlenecks, and proposing solutions for resource and asset optimization to ensure achievement of the company’s operational and strategic goals.** **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **PL Planning Analyst**, you will be responsible for: * Developing operational planning for the Northern Corridor, monitoring and updating shipment schedules (cargoes, barges, and vessels) to ensure execution according to schedule and contracts. * Monitoring compliance with commercial contracts and agreed-upon customer expectations, and preparing dashboards and KPI performance reports. * Identifying potential bottlenecks in the logistics corridor and developing solutions to mitigate impacts and improve operational efficiency. * Managing and controlling product inventories at ports and terminals to ensure appropriate stock levels and stored product quality. * Acting as an interface between Planning, Operations, Commercial, Controlling, and other administrative departments to align operational and financial requirements. * Supporting the Commercial team in addressing non-conformities and customer complaints, seeking prompt and effective solutions. * Participating in economic feasibility studies and new logistics projects, proposing improvements to enhance competitiveness. * Staying updated on market best practices and emerging technologies in transportation, warehousing, and logistics control. * Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) policies and standards, promoting safe and sustainable practices. * Ensuring adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures and safeguarding company assets. * Developing databases and performing BI tasks, including necessary updates and adjustments for daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you have: * A completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and processing. * Experience building and analyzing metrics, reports, and managerial presentations to support decision-making. * Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and use of DAX language. * Prior experience in logistics and/or planning is desirable. * Availability for on-site work in Barcarena/PA. * Desired languages: English and Spanish. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** Flexible working hours and work modalities based on eligibility; Participation in the PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); To care for your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, Life Insurance, and Pension Assistance in case of illness or accident; To keep you physically active, we provide Total Pass, a platform granting access to numerous gyms and personal trainers; Meal allowance, food allowance, or both—you choose!
