### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Conduct strategic and operational analyses to support decision-making at the tactical and executive levels; * Develop action plans and monitor the execution of projects and initiatives related to process improvement and operational efficiency; * Design and manage performance indicators using Business Intelligence tools and data modeling; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to optimize productivity and service quality; * Act as a strategic partner to business units, supporting the definition of objectives and priorities aligned with organizational goals; * Conduct scenario analyses, simulations, and forecasts, delivering insights and recommendations for decision-making. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, process analysis, and continuous improvement; * Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, data modeling, and statistical analysis; * Project management, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and results orientation; * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with ERP systems. ### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * Childcare allowance; * Family salary; \- Discount Club \- Commercial partnerships; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
