Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, committed, and quality-focused Mason to work on infrastructure, sanitation, and heavy civil construction projects, performing masonry, concrete pouring, plastering, and finishing. Involvement in infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a Mason in infrastructure or civil construction projects; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus; * **Driver's license category D** is considered a plus; * Preferably residing in the **ABCDM region** or nearby areas. We are hiring a **Mason** to join your construction team in the ABCDM region. We seek experienced, committed professionals focused on quality and productivity for infrastructure, sanitation, and heavy civil construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **masonry, concrete pouring, plastering, laying, and finishing**; * Assemble and disassemble formwork, scaffolding, and auxiliary structures; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and other materials required for execution of tasks; * Collaborate with assistants, carpenters, and rebar workers to ensure efficient progress of activities; * Comply with **safety regulations** and correctly use **PPE**; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 12.11 per hour (**average of approximately BRL 2,666.00/month**); * **Medical and dental assistance**; * **On-site meals** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance**, entitling up to **four daily trips** (two each way). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Pay Rate: BRL 10.77 per hour Scheduled Weekly Hours: 44 hours Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
