All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; Conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluations in the area; identify variables affecting disease control, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; Participate in expert assessments and inspections, and integrate negotiation processes; Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; Manage OHS documentation; investigate and analyze accidents, and recommend preventive and control measures; Act in accordance with the Environmental Management System Policy; ensure compliance with objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System applicable to the area; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Suggest improvements to departmental activities; alert supervisors/responsible parties upon identifying non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards; contribute to the company’s socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in matters related to the environment and occupational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Nursing; * Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Occupational Nursing / Occupational Health. **Additional Information** The traditional benefits you already know—we offer those too.
