If this resonates with you, **\#JoinReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day here:** Conduct negotiation activities via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; Monitor case progress in internal/external systems to support legally sound negotiation strategies. Maintain positive relationships with our internal clients (Managers / Clients). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to embody the \#ReisWayOfBeing:** Experience in collections, specifically with litigated claims; Residence in Ribeirão Preto and surrounding areas; Legal knowledge (a plus); **Additional Information** Residence in cities near the office.
