If this resonates with you, **\#VemProReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day here:** Conduct negotiation discussions via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; Check case progress on internal/external systems to support legal analysis and optimize negotiation strategies. Maintain strong relationships with our internal and external clients (Managers / Clients). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to embody the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** Experience in debt collection, specifically with judicially filed collections; Residence in Ribeirão Preto and surrounding areas; Legal knowledge (a plus); **Additional Information** Residence in cities near the office.
