We combine technology, innovation, and professional training to deliver high-quality services and continuous development. **About the position** We are seeking a Mid-Level Payroll Analyst to join our People \& Management team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the correct and complete execution of payroll routines, guaranteeing legal compliance, delivery quality, and technical support to the team. Additionally, they will actively identify improvement opportunities, contributing to faster, more efficient, and compliant processes. **Responsibilities** Execute the complete payroll processing, including advances, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, and labor charges; Review and validate complex calculations (overtime, allowances, benefits, and deductions); Prepare and submit mandatory reports (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, among others); Act as a technical support point for the team and partner departments; Perform payroll accounting reconciliations and support internal and external audits; Identify process improvement opportunities, proposing solutions that increase efficiency and ensure compliance. **Requirements and Desirables** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Solid experience in payroll; Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation; Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Protheus, SAP, RM); Advanced Excel skills. **Differentiators:** Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Controllership, or related areas; Experience in system implementation projects. **See the benefits we have for you** Meal allowance Medical assistance Dental assistance Benefits Club – Partnerships with educational institutions Corporate University – Exclusive training platform Gympass – Gym partnership nationwide ‍‍ Internal program for psychological, financial, and legal counseling ‍‍ Life insurance **Additional Information** Location: Santo André \- SP Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM \| Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (on-site) If you work with passion, have flexibility, transparency, enjoy teamwork, and embrace challenges, Verzani \& Sandrini might be the right place for you!
