More than supporting processes, you build solutions, influence paths, and drive the company’s evolution — acting both alongside and for the whole. **YOUR DAILY WORK IN LOGISTICS OPERATIONS** * Supervise daily a team of internal analysts and logistics operators. Responsible for maintaining operational continuity at a Distribution Center and meeting pre-established performance indicators (costs, overtime hours, absenteeism, turnover, etc.). * Ensure movement flow (inbound and outbound) and storage capacity of the facility, guaranteeing strong performance, control, and organization — including warehouse layout changes, picking area management, and optimal use of available resources. * Lead achievement of departmental goals (on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, deviations, etc.), organizing team work routines and executing priority activities. * Provide tools, resources, and development initiatives for your team, aiming for operational efficiency and well-being. * Uphold best quality practices, ensuring product and process integrity. * Know, comply with, and disseminate internal procedures, standards, and guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS), promoting operational compliance and adherence to corporate requirements. * Ensure appropriate *housekeeping* conditions in the area through implementation of an internal program. * Guarantee effective communication of incidents and unsafe conditions, identifying root causes of deviations and ensuring implementation of necessary corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or mitigate risks. * Perform activities related to team, indicator, and process management within a paper and pulp distribution center — including conducting morning meetings, executing routines with logistics operators, and negotiating with third-party suppliers. * Manage costs (fixed and variable), control contract scope, and ensure execution according to established procedures. Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), measuring outsourced services and enforcing their fulfillment. * Ensure factory support in material receipt and loading for domestic (DI) and international (EI) markets, collaborating closely with Planning, Transportation, Pulp, International Logistics, and S&OP departments.
