Job Summary: Professional to work in legal controller and procedural routine, with deadline management, electronic judicial systems, and managerial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of managerial reports **LEARN ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Law firm with over 25 years of operation, a regional reference, with offices along Santa Catarina's coast". **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Deadline and notification management (receipt, analysis, and system registration) Process control and updating in electronic judicial systems Internal system (ERP/CPJ) data entry and maintenance Scheduling hearings and organizing procedural calendars Hiring and monitoring correspondents Physical and electronic filing Preparation of managerial reports and indicators (productivity, litigation success rate, volume of cases) Support for organizing and controlling the law firm’s legal routine **EXPERIENCE:** Previous experience in the legal field (legal controller or procedural routine) Experience managing deadlines and electronic judicial systems Experience preparing reports and internal controls **REQUIREMENTS:** Solid legal knowledge Proficiency in electronic judicial systems (PJe, e\-SAJ, eProc or similar) Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, controls, and reports) **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Law or related fields. **COMPENSATION:** Salary expectations will be evaluated **BENEFITS:** Health insurance and transportation allowance. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **WORK LOCATION:** On-site – Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
