Support to the legal team in preparing strategies and case analyses **JOB \| LAW INTERN — ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS AND STRATEGIC LITIGATION** We are seeking a Law Intern to join our legal team and support matters related to enforcement proceedings, defense of the judgment debtor, and strategic litigation. This opportunity is aimed at students seeking to develop practical knowledge, analytical capability, and experience in strategic legal practice. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in monitoring judicial proceedings * Research on case law, legal doctrine, and legislation * Assistance in drafting petitions, statements, reports, and procedural documents * Organization of procedural documents and information * Support in analyzing enforcement proceedings, enforcement of judgments, and collection actions * Monitoring of deadlines and updating internal systems * Gathering information regarding asset freezes, seizures, and other procedural acts * Support to the legal team in preparing strategies and case analyses **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in the 7th or 8th semester of a Law program * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Interest in Civil Procedural Law, Banking Law, and enforcement proceedings * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented * Commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables * Proficiency in legal research and teamwork Prior experience is not required; however, prior experience is considered an advantage. Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
