We are seeking a **Labor Legal Coordinator** to lead strategic initiatives for the company’s labor litigation portfolio, playing a key role in risk management, operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and legal department transformation. This position will play a pivotal role in defining strategies, managing litigation finances, and implementing initiatives focused on prevention, governance, and continuous improvement. **Work Location:** Piracicaba or São Paulo office **Piracicaba \>** Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 4100 \- Itaim Bibi, São Paulo\-SP **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the company’s labor litigation portfolio management, ensuring efficiency, governance, and risk mitigation; * Develop and implement settlement policies aligned with business strategies and needs; * Manage labor contingencies and provisions, monitoring KPIs and financial impacts; * Manage relationships with partner law firms, including fee models, performance tracking, portfolio oversight, and budget management; * Define procedural strategies jointly with law firms and internal departments; * Design and enhance internal and external workflows with HR, Accounting, CSC, Operations, and other stakeholders; * Lead prevention initiatives and identify opportunities for litigation efficiency; * Monitor market trends, innovation, and emerging technologies applied to the legal function; * Manage the team, including defining roles, responsibilities, goals, and team development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration; * Specialization in Labor Law; * Solid experience in strategic labor litigation; * Experience in team management and leadership of projects/processes; * Experience managing third-party law firms, budgets, and provisions; * Analytical capability, strategic vision, and negotiation skills; * Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across various organizational areas and levels. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in highly complex environments; * Exposure to legal operations, metrics-driven management, and legal transformation initiatives; * Knowledge of legal technology and process automation. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
