**Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:**
* Assist analysts in reviewing standard operating procedures for equipment and processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP);
* Authorize continuation of production processes upon review of physical test results;
* Perform in-process physical quality control tests to assess product quality and confirm that medications meet required specifications;
* Conduct quality evaluations via visual inspection of solid, liquid, and injectable medications, packaging materials, and raw materials;
* Assist analysts in reviewing manufacturing techniques for production processes, incorporating modifications defined by specification or analytical procedure changes;
* Perform microbiological environmental monitoring of production and support areas, verifying regulatory compliance, data reliability, and supporting maintenance of the facility’s environmental control status;
* Sample and analyze packaging materials, identifying deviations and/or non-conformities against approved specifications—ensuring no materials compromising quality or posing consumer risks are used;
* Sample raw materials, identifying deviations and/or non-conformities related to their packaging or appearance;
* Sample pharmaceutical-grade water and perform TOC and conductivity tests to verify compliance with established requirements.
**Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:**
* Prior knowledge/experience in packaging analysis;
* Completed technical education.
