This combination strengthens our growth and ensures that achievements are shared by everyone across our restaurants, distribution centers, factory, and franchises. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Occupancy Control (Real Estate):** Monitor weekly rental and occupancy charge postings, identifying and classifying whether payments are made to individuals (PF) or legal entities (PJ). * **Shopping Center Charge Checklist:** Complete and maintain the lease control spreadsheet, ensuring all components (Condominium Fee, Promotion Fund, 13th Month Rent, Percentage-Based Rent) have been correctly posted by the finance team. * **Cash Flow Assurance (Provision vs. Actual):** Audit whether utility and rent invoices have been properly processed for payment, aiming to reduce manual provisioning and prevent delays. * **Store Cash Reconciliation:** Conduct weekly reconciliation of cash withdrawn from stores versus identified bank deposits, reporting discrepancies so the posting team can adjust settlements. * **Interface with Shared Services (CSC) and Operations:** Act as the focal point to follow up with posting teams on invoices or bills already issued by suppliers but not yet recorded in the system.
