Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead operational teams, fostering employee commitment and high performance; * Maximize resource utilization, ensuring productivity and reducing operational costs; * Optimize input application, guaranteeing correct usage per technical recommendations; * Support supervisors and technicians in attendance control and absenteeism reduction; * Guide supervisors and technicians in attendance control and absenteeism reduction; * Guide teams in executing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity; * Maintain and preserve assets under responsibility, ensuring proper use; * Operate light vehicles or tractors when licensed and as required by operational needs; * Act as leader and firefighter in forest fire and frost events, supporting quality assessments and adherence to technical instructions; * Ensure compliance with the IMS (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), 5S, and contribute to continuous improvement programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education. **Desirable:** * Experience in this role and/or related areas. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, **we care for life wherever it is**.
