If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Approve invoices in the ERP, ensuring correct accounting and tax integration; * Analyze tax invoices (NF-e and service invoices); * Issue tax invoices (NF-e) for company operations; * Organize tax documents; * Issue NFS-e in various municipalities; * Interact with internal departments to improve company processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Studying or graduated in Accounting, Administration, or Law — preferred; * Excel; * Highly communicative profile: You will constantly interact with multiple departments across various hierarchical levels; * **Critical thinker:** Analyze and question validation data; * **Flexible:** Understand departmental particularities and the tax implications each demands, always acting collaboratively while striving for maximum tax efficiency; * **Hands-on:** Proactively suggest process improvements or constructive critiques; * Skilled in interpersonal interactions and capable of building strong relationships with other departments; * Experience with NF-e billing will be considered a plus; * Knowledge of tax invoices and tax classifications/CFOP; * Familiarity with Oracle **NetSuite** and **Sovos** ERP systems will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** **Life Insurance:** To protect our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single card!
