This opportunity is for a fully **on-site position** in **Campinas**, as a **Senior Financial Analyst \- Front Office**. **Responsibilities and Duties** A Senior Front Office Financial Analyst works within the operational finance team, supporting project financial execution and control while ensuring organizational structure, regulatory compliance, and process fluidity. * Approving payments in the system according to internal policies; * Validating project expense reports; * Issuing and reimbursing card balances; * Performing financial reconciliations and journal entries; * Monitoring delinquency (accounts receivable and payable); * Conducting fiscal and operational validations; * Supporting report generation; * Managing and monitoring DDA (Direct Debit Authorization); * Identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** HARD * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling; * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields; * Basic tax knowledge (ISS, withholdings, etc.); * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SOFT * Ability to manage high-volume workloads and multiple concurrent deadlines; * Organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility; * Analytical and critical thinking; * Attention to detail; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Strong communication skills and assertive demeanor; * Inquisitive mindset; unwillingness to accept inefficient processes; * Commitment to continuous improvement; * Effective cross-departmental communication; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with automation tools, productivity software, or AI applications in operational routines **Additional Information** Our hiring model is via **PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract**, and our work regime is **ON-SITE**. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
