To support our growth and the Group’s strategic investments, we are seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to directly handle the **structuring and contracting of Capex financing**. **Responsibilities and Duties** The main responsibilities for this position will be: * Managing **banking relationships**, prospecting new financial transactions; * Analyzing financial terms and **structuring credit operations**; * Leading the **financing contracting process**, ensuring alignment with the Company’s and its **units’ Capex planning**; * **Interacting with units** to identify needs and structure financings; * Collaborating with internal departments (Legal, Accounting, Controller, etc.) on matters related to **contracts, procedures, and governance**; * Performing **periodic controls and reporting** on the progress of contracting schedules and the status of financial transactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in **financing, credit, Capex, or banking relationships**; * Knowledge of financial analysis, transaction structuring, and contracts; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Experience in large corporations or holding companies; * Experience with long-term financing, development banks, or the financial market; * Knowledge of corporate governance and financial controls. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance (no co-payment); * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Variable Compensation Program; * Private Pension Plan; * Daycare Assistance; * Partnership with TotalPass; * Shuttle service from Butantã and Pinheiros stations to the company.
