With the **Finance Assistant** opportunity, we will continue delivering greater health and well-being across all of Brazil! **Come join \#TeamFlukka!** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring verification and organization of financial transactions. * Monitor and update the company's cash flow, tracking inflows and outflows. * Execute various payments, including those to suppliers, taxes, operational expenses, and other financial obligations. * Record payment settlements in the system, ensuring accurate updates of financial information. * Process payroll, benefits, and statutory labor charges within established deadlines. * Verify financial documents, bank slips, invoices, and payment receipts. * Support due-date tracking and organization of the financial calendar. * Assist in preparing financial reports and support administrative routines within the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in finance, with focus on Accounts Payable. * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash flow management. * Experience with payments, financial settlements, and month-end closing procedures. * Experience in payroll and statutory labor charge processing is a plus. * Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority. **BENEFITS OF JOINING \#TEAMFLUKKA** * Meal Allowance: BRL 29.00 per day — no deduction! * Transportation Allowance: Only 1% deduction.
