Strategic interface between various company departments and senior management The construction company is seeking a Controller Manager in Taubaté. **Responsibilities:** Structure, monitor, and review the annual budget (OPEX, CAPEX, G&A) and its breakdowns. Prepare monthly forecast, rolling forecast, and scenario analyses. Monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. Conduct monthly management closings, ensuring information quality and reliability. Act as an interface among finance, administration, accounting, engineering, real estate development, sales, marketing, legal, and senior management departments. Analyze and monitor consolidated cash flow and cash flow per SPE. Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management.
