Leads multifunctional teams and coordinates budget, forecast, and business plan processes. Supervises financial controls, balance sheet, and investment plan, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Leads Controller operations for the Brazil operation, ensuring alignment and standardization of processes according to global company guidelines; * Supervises multicultural teams, fostering development, integration, high performance, and excellence standards in processes; * Coordinates the preparation, review, and consolidation of budget, forecast, and business plan, addressing regional needs and particularities; * Analyzes management reports, identifies variances, proposes action plans, and implements improvements to ensure sustainable results; * Manages periodic reporting of financial and accounting results, ensuring accurate calculation of costs, expenses, and performance indicators; * Prepares and presents strategic information to regional leadership, supporting decisions on expansion, investments, and negotiations with global and local customers; * Implements special projects focused on operational efficiency, compliance (fiscal, legal), and innovation, aiming to optimize processes and improve operational profitability; * Coordinates annual physical inventories and inventory reduction initiatives; * Monitors and signals opportunities and risks related to the unit’s investment plan; * Represents Brazil Controller in internal committees, board meetings, and global forums. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, with postgraduate studies / MBA; * Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory). Proficiency in other languages is a plus; * Solid experience in Controller management, preferably within multinational companies in the automotive or industrial sectors; * Experience in financial management, digital transformation, and compliance; * Willingness to work in the RMC.
