Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring operational control, monitoring demands and bottlenecks, and guaranteeing data integrity in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure registration and traceability of requests and demands 2. Monitor backlog, identify risks and operational bottlenecks 3. Provide leadership with visibility into bottlenecks and decision points **Responsibilities** * Ensure all requests and demands are registered and traceable. * Maintain up-to-date operational control, reflecting actual execution status. * Monitor backlog and aging of demands, identifying delay risks. * Identify bottlenecks and pending items, assigning ownership and follow-up actions. * Support operational rituals (SLA for intake and Weekly Feedback). * Monitor operational capacity and flag overload situations. * Provide the COO with visibility into bottlenecks, risks, and decision points. * Ensure the system remains the single source of truth, even when WhatsApp is noisy. * Classify and distribute demands into P/M/G categories and identify information needs. **Education and Skills** * 2–5 years of experience in operations, projects, coordination, or flow controller roles. * Organization and rigor, ability to track and follow up effectively. * Direct, polite, and objective communication.
