A wholesale distribution company is looking for a **Controller** to join its leadership structure. *With a solid track record in the Ceará market, the organization stands out for the credibility built over the years*, *for excellence in customer service, and for integrated collaboration between strategic and operational areas.* For this position, we seek a professional with solid experience in controller functions, finance, and support to senior management—possessing an analytical profile, systemic vision, ethics, and the ability to contribute to sustainable results and strengthened management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supporting senior management with economic-financial information, managerial analyses, and performance indicators for decision-making. * Leading and monitoring the company’s financial and budgetary planning. * Monitoring business results, including analyses of revenues, costs, expenses, margins, and profitability. * Monitoring and validating management reports and closings, ensuring greater reliability of information. * Managing cash flow, working capital, and other key financial indicators essential to business sustainability. * Supporting the structuring and strengthening of internal controls, governance, and process compliance. * Liaising with internal and external auditors, overseeing information, discussions, and action plans. * Supporting financial, operational, and tax risk management, focusing on prevention and operational security. * Developing economic-financial feasibility analyses to support decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controller Functions, Auditing, or related areas is desirable. * Solid experience in controller functions, finance, and budgetary management. * Experience with financial statements, performance indicators, and management closings. * Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, auditing, and risk management. * Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and results analysis. * Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and process improvement is desirable. **Additional Information** * Contract under the **Individual Legal Entity (PJ)** model, with monthly remuneration of **R$ 18,000.00**. * Annual variable bonus linked to performance, with potential ranging from **0.5 to 1.5 times the monthly remuneration**. * Provision of a **R$ 500.00 transportation/fuel allowance**. * **50% life insurance subsidy** provided by the company. **Welcome to the Careers Page of Grupo Gomes de Matos Consultoria—a vibrant ecosystem of innovative companies that, for 30 years, has transformed challenges into strategic solutions and built impactful legacies for future generations.** Our group comprises: * **Gomes de Matos Consultoria**: A reference in corporate consulting in Brazil and Portugal, operating across 10 states.
