Assists in analyzing management reports and participates in financial and tax control of contracts, ensuring compliance and supporting contractual management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Use the ERP system to manage contracts, securely storing, organizing, and tracking all contractual documents in an accessible manner to ensure control, traceability, and compliance with internal processes; Contribute to detailed analysis of contractual clauses and conditions, highlighting financial aspects and validity periods, and notify relevant departments to guide them on responsibilities, deadlines, measurements, and penalties; Participate in financial monitoring of contracts, tracking budget execution and payments to ensure compliance with agreed terms and efficiency in contractual management; Collaborate in assessing contractual risks, identifying critical points and supporting compliance with internal policies and regulations to mitigate liabilities and ensure the company's legal security; Assist in managing amendments to existing contracts, controlling documentation and communicating changes to involved parties to maintain updated and valid records; Provide and control contractual information for the finance department, such as data for billing and settlements, ensuring that disbursements comply with established clauses; Support the review of recorded contracts and measurements, verifying consistency of financial and tax entries to ensure accuracy of records and fulfillment of contractual obligations; Ensure contracts comply with tax and accounting requirements, monitoring correct application of taxes and statutory charges to avoid risks and ensure tax regularity; Perform daily monitoring of e\-mails and the support tool, providing continuous assistance to internal and external partners to ensure prompt resolution of requests; Maintain effective communication with parties involved in contracts, clarifying doubts and providing up-to-date information to promote transparency and positive relationships with all stakeholders; Carry out job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department activities.
