Mission assigned is mission accomplished, so be prepared to: * Achieve sales targets through in-person and online sales; * Promote resale of procedures to existing customers; * Apply best negotiation practices and values to secure optimal terms and guide customers on payment methods, cancellations, and unit transfers; * Ensure system registration; * Handle leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, e\-mails, and SMS; * Conduct sales prospecting for treatment packages with new customers; promote our “Refer & Multiply” platform among customers; * Assist customers with all contractual inquiries and digital contract signing; * Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through after-sales support; * Submit service requests to administrative departments when necessary, supporting management; * Update productivity metrics and control records; * Open or close the unit; Do you identify with our mission? REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience in in-person sales; Availability to work on Saturdays; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Commission-based compensation; Discounts of up to 60% on our aesthetic procedures.
