**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage assigned categories by selecting and negotiating with qualified suppliers to ensure optimal commercial terms for the company, applying a Total Cost of Ownership and Strategic Sourcing mindset in decision-making;
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories;
* Identify and develop new supply sources jointly with user areas to improve product quality and enhance production process efficiency;
* Analyze feasibility of procuring domestic or imported products to ensure optimal cost conditions (considering logistics, tax, and financial gains), delivery timelines, and quality;
* Propose category innovations by introducing new models that generate cost savings and operational productivity;
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (IT, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal), influencing decisions and ensuring strategic alignment;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and applicable legal requirements for procurement activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency;
* Experience developing sourcing and negotiation strategies for complex categories (Industrial Services, Energy, Gas, IT, and CAPEX);
* Experience leading strategic procurement processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and contract management;
* Cost analysis (TCO) and financial feasibility assessment of procurement activities;
* Knowledge of energy/gas markets and procurement of IT solutions (software, services, infrastructure);
* Experience acquiring CAPEX projects (equipment, construction, technical services);
* SAP knowledge;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Focus on cost-reduction projects, savings generation, and risk mitigation;
* Knowledge of tax and fiscal regulations.
